During the year I participated in an Exhibition of Art teachers from CCAD Hdip and their pupils. The exhibition was held at Wandesford Quay Gallery and ran for two weeks. It was a great way to see the unique approaches we have to teaching art. The work in this exhibition is but a snapshot, a glimpse into this journey of discovery and learning. Each student teacher gave us an insight into the hopes and aspirations they had when sitting in their studio spaces working on the planning and preparation for their teaching. It also enabled pupils to see their artwork out of the classroom and in a professional setting of an art gallery.
